In order to ensure the desired time, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible. To reserve an appointment, please check out online booking. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by phone or text.
Please allow at least 24 hours for rescheduling or cancellations. There will be no fee to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. However, it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice, so appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours will be subjected to 50% of the service price.
We understand things happen, but please call or text us at 858-461-8190 to notify as soon as possible.
Please be on time for your appointment. Clients more than 15 minutes late may receive a shorter service to allow your esthetician to be punctual for the next appointment, or it may need to be rescheduled. If you are running late, please call us so we may be able to accommodate you.
Please be aware that you'll be charged a No-show fee of 100% of the service price with a minimum charge of $25.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the products within 30 days. Due to health regulations, we only accept products that have not been opened and are in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on gift cards / gift certificates.
We accept all major credit / debit cards and cash. All prices and services subject to change.
